19 March I CAFA successfully conducted the CAFA Assistant Referees Webinar 2026 on 19 March 2026, as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening refereeing standards and development across the region.

The webinar was organized under CAFA’s refereeing development initiatives, aimed at enhancing the knowledge, consistency, and performance of assistant referees within its Member Associations.

The online session brought together assistant referees from across all CAFA Member Associations, providing a valuable platform for learning, knowledge exchange, and professional development.

The webinar was led by experienced instructor Jakhongir Saidov, and covered a range of key refereeing topics, including:

• Challenges and penalty area incidents
• Offside decision-making
• Handball situations and tactical fouls
• Interactive Q&A session and discussion
