31 January 2025 I The CAFA Female Referees Seminar / VAR Course 2026 concluded successfully after taking place from 29 to 31 January 2026 at the UFA National Football Centre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

This milestone event marked the first CAFA refereeing programme dedicated exclusively to female match officials, highlighting the Association’s strong commitment to the development of women’s football and refereeing across the Central Asian region.

Over three intensive days, the programme combined physical training, VAR practical sessions, video analysis, fitness assessments, and structured classroom modules. The main objective was to strengthen technical consistency, enhance decision-making quality, and deepen understanding of VAR protocols among female referees within the CAFA Member Associations.

The seminar was delivered by main instructor Vladislav Tseytlin, alongside instructor Anastasiia Pustovoytova and fitness instructor Nasim Pilehvar. Through interactive learning, scenario-based discussions, and practical exercises, participants gained valuable knowledge and practical tools to apply at national and regional competitions.
