17 march 2026 I CAFA successfully organised the fourth edition of the CAFA Referee Assessors Webinar on 17 March 2026 via the Zoom platform, as part of its ongoing Refereeing Development Initiatives focused on capacity building across the region. The webinar was arranged for the Referee Assessors of CAFA Member Associations and reflected CAFA’s continued commitment to enhancing refereeing standards through education and professional exchange.

The webinar programme featured expert instruction by Vladislav Tseytlin and covered several important refereeing topics, including Penalty Area Incidents, Handball, Tactical Fouls, Offside, andVAR – Line of Intervention, alongside interactive group discussions and a welcome address. The structure of the programme demonstrated a well-planned and efficient educational format, allowing participants to engage with key modern refereeing challenges in a focused online environment.

Through the organisation of this webinar, CAFA once again underlined its dedication to the professional development of match officials and referee assessors in Central Asia. Such initiatives play an important role in strengthening technical knowledge, promoting consistency in decision-making, and supporting the overall development of refereeing within the region.
