During a working visit to Turkey, the President of the Football Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic Semetey Sultanov held a meeting with one of the leaders of the Turkish football club «Altinordu» with Barysh Orkhunbilge. Within the framework of the meeting, the parties inspected the sports facilities, examined the issues of the development of mutual cooperation and initiatives that would favorably influence the development and promotion of football and a healthy lifestyle in the two countries. The interlocutors discussed possible ways to intensify the interaction between Kyrgyz Republic and Turkey in the field of education of young talents. Barysh Orhunbilge gave Semetey Sultanov a T-shirt of the club with the symbols of the tenth issue and the name of the President of FFKR. At the moment, the possibility of signing a memorandum between FFKR and the football club «Altinordu» in one of the above directions was discussed. Details will be known later.

Altinordu is a football club from Izmir, founded on December 26, 1923, currently playing in the First League of Turkey. Altynordu has a rich history — if the club was balancing between the higher and amateur leagues from the moment of foundation, then by the end of the season 2013/14 the club won the Red Group of the Second League and qualified to the First League which is the second highest division in Turkey football leagues systems.

Altinordu is a unique club that adheres to the policy of the academy; bring only their own, homegrown players to the squad. For a few years the club shaped a very strong team — defender Caglar Soyuncu, for instance, the player who made his debut in the 2016 German Bundesliga, and midfielder Cengiz Under, who moved to Roma in 2017. Caglar Soyuncu is one of the leading players at FC Freiburg and looks confident in the national team games, and a 20-year-old Cengiz Under earned a permanent place in Roma, becoming the second youngest player to score in the Champions League.

At the youth soccer World Cup 2017 in India, the national team of Turkey included five academy players from Altinordu.

The Altinordu Academy brings up talented players on a regular bases and the President of the club Seyit Mehmet Ozkan seeks to make a team of home-grown players, able to compete with the giants of Turkish football. The Academy intends to be in European level, and produce players for for the top clubs of European leagues which make them national team players in future. The president of the club is inspired by the experience of the Spanish «Athletics Bilbao», with which the club has been cooperating with so far.
