Dushanbe: The 4th Central Asian Football Association Congress concluded on Wednesday with Rustam Emomali (Tajikistan) elected unopposed for a four-year term (2019-2023) at the helm of a CAFA Executive Committee.
Newly-elected CAFA President, Rustam Emomali, addressing delegates, said: “Football has been gradually developing in Central Asia including in Tajikistan as a result of implementation of the FIFA and AFC development programs. This is why Tajikistan government has approved national programs for the development of football for the period of 2012-2016 and 2017-2021”.
Mr. Rustam Emomali added: “Today, taking this opportunity I would like to inform all Member Associations of CAFA that we have proposed tax exemption for all football related activities to Tajikistan government. I believe that this a big privilege for CAFA and its Member Associations”.
