10 June 2026 I The CAFA Futsal Referees Webinar 2026 was successfully organized today via the Zoom platform, bringing together 24 futsal referees and match officials from across the Central Asian region and beyond.

The webinar featured participation from representatives of all CAFA member associations including both FIFA-listed and national futsal referees, reflecting CAFA’s continued commitment to the development and education of match officials in the region.

The educational programme was delivered by experienced AFC Futsal Referee Instructors Mr. Vadim Baratov and Mr. Nurdin Bukuev, who shared their expertise on key refereeing topics, including:

• Amendments to the FIFA Futsal Laws of the Game 2024/25
• The role and requirements of the Modern Futsal Referee
  Practical guidance and knowledge exchange based on current international futsal refereeing standards

A total of 24 participants took part in the webinar, including 7 FIFA referees and 17 national referees, with both male and female officials represented from across the CAFA Member Associations.

Through initiatives such as this webinar, CAFA continues to invest in the professional development of referees and match officials, ensuring that futsal in the region is supported by highly qualified and well-prepared refereeing personnel.
